Who we serve

Advice built for the people who make the decisions

Every client is different, but the questions are familiar: Is this viable? What should we build? Are we compliant? Are we ready for investors? IPAC answers them with CPA rigor and the judgment of someone who has run businesses himself – then helps you act on the answer.

01

SMEs & business owners

“I want to grow, but I can’t afford to get it wrong.”

What we often hear

  • Not sure your books, invoicing and BIR filings are in order
  • Ready to expand or open new branches, but unsure the numbers work
  • Doing everything yourself, with no one to test your plans against

How IPAC helps

Where to start

Free consultation, then a fixed-fee BIR Compliance Health Check or Growth & Expansion Diagnostic – with an option to continue on a monthly advisory or fractional CFO arrangement.

Proof

Rodel has been a business owner himself: 20 years as a Shell Philippines dealer with five retail stations, and founder of Taza Mia Coffee, grown to 40+ sites and now around 12 branches after weathering COVID. For a startup meat distribution company, IPAC set the pricing strategy, rollout priority by location and growth strategy.

02

CEOs

“I need a clear direction – and a plan my team can execute.”

What we often hear

  • A growth or new-venture decision with no independent view to test it
  • Strategy that stays on paper because no one owns implementation
  • Projects that drift on scope, time and budget

How IPAC helps

Where to start

A free CEO sounding-board session, then a fixed-fee Strategy Sprint that ends in a practical roadmap – with project management support for implementation if you want it.

Proof

For a family-owned developer, IPAC’s Highest and Best Use study recommended an integrated development – events center, commercial, retail and office spaces, a landmark cafe and restaurants – that the client will fully implement. For a new meat distribution venture, IPAC defined the market gap, rollout priority and growth strategy from multi-province field research.

03

CFOs

“I need a second pair of experienced hands – without another hire.”

What we often hear

  • A lean finance team stretched by tax compliance, audits and BIR matters
  • A financial model, forecast or loan package needed for banks or investors
  • Weak controls and a board that wants assurance

How IPAC helps

Where to start

Free consultation, then a fixed-fee Tax & Compliance Review or Financial Model / Bank Pack – and, where it fits, a fractional CFO or tax advisor arrangement.

Proof

CPA since 1993. At PwC Philippines (1992–1996) Rodel advised clients across mining, FMCG distribution, software development, semiconductors (mainly Japanese firms in PEZA zones) and property management. In hydropower development he handled financial modeling and capital raising; at IPAC he produced investor and lender presentation decks for a new distribution venture.

GOCCs

“We need capable, compliant outside support – procured the right way.”

What we often hear

  • Governance and performance requirements that call for outside capacity
  • Feasibility studies, financial advisory or reorganization work beyond in-house bandwidth
  • Consultants who must be engaged strictly through proper procurement

How IPAC helps

Where to start

IPAC is PhilGEPS-registered and participates through PhilGEPS-compliant procurement under the applicable rules (RA 12009) – by bid, proposal, or teaming with other firms where the bidding documents allow. We do not lobby, and we offer nothing that could be seen as influencing an award.

Proof

Feasibility and market studies built on extensive field research across eight provinces and cities, from Laguna to Tuguegarao City; Highest and Best Use analysis using the four standard tests; project management, financial modeling and capital raising on hydropower development; and PwC Philippines advisory experience.

05

Family offices

“Keep the business, the assets and the family together.”

What we often hear

  • Idle or under-used land: develop, joint venture, lease or sell?
  • Family and company assets mixed, with tax and estate exposure
  • No clear succession plan or rules on who manages what

How IPAC helps

Where to start

A free, private consultation, then a fixed-fee Family Governance Review or Land Monetization / Highest and Best Use Study.

Proof

For a family-owned real estate developer, IPAC completed an HBU study, feasibility study, business plan and marketing plan for an almost 1-hectare property along Maharlika Highway in Cauayan City, Isabela – and, beyond the proposal, created the project name and the cafe brand free of charge. Rodel has also been involved in land development ventures (2006–2008).

06

VCs & angel investors

“Tell me what I’m really buying – and get my companies investor-ready.”

What we often hear

  • Small deals that still need independent financial, tax and corporate due diligence
  • Portfolio companies with weak books and compliance that put exits at risk
  • Founders who need a credible case before they raise

How IPAC helps

Where to start

Free consultation, then a fixed-fee Due Diligence Package for a deal, or an Investor-Readiness Review for a startup or portfolio company.

Proof

IPAC built investor and lender decks for a new meat distribution venture on the back of field research and a feasibility study. Rodel handled capital raising in hydropower development, including a joint venture with a project proponent, was instrumental in a joint venture agreement for a power plant project in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, and in 2007 was main business consultant to the proponent of a pioneering multi-specialty outpatient surgery clinic in Quezon City.
